About Redwood 9 Retooling

After 23 years on Active Duty in the U.S. Air Force, my wife Joh and I decided to settle in Monterey County, in the City of Marina. Redwood 9 Retooling started in 2022 with small custom projects for co-workers and friends. Many of my pieces are inspired by the natural beauty and history of the California coast. I especially enjoy taking old things, like cigar boxes or reclaimed wood, and crafting them into something new while preserving some of their history.
